2026 Oglesby Comprehensive Plan Update Status
The Oglesby Plan Commission has finished up the planning process of updating the Oglesby Comprehensive Plan from 2009 that also had portions reviewed and update in 2020.
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Oglesby City Hall, 110 E Walnut Street. The final plan update was presented and public comments were received. The Planning Commission voted to send the updated Comprehensive Plan to the City Council for their consideration and approval. The City Council will be considering the plan at their February 6, 2026, City Council meeting.
Final changes to the comprehensive plan that were made based on the comments received and Planning Commission discussion are available by clicking here. These updated changes will be incorporated into the document below once the City Council has approved the plan.
