July 2015 – The Resiliency Section and Goals have been approved and are being added to the CEDS.  This follows a 30-Day comment period which is required as part of the process for updating the CEDS.

February 2013 – A five year update of the CEDS is a required for the Economic Development District that includes Bureau, LaSalle, Marshall, Putnam and Stark Counties.  The Economic Development District received its designation from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Economic Development Administration in February 2005.

The 2012 CEDS is available for download at the bottom of the page. Fore ease of downloading and reviewing it has been divided into two files.

Every year the Economic Development District (EDD) must submit an annual performance report to EDA that summarizes the economic development efforts in the region.  Also available for download below is the CEDS 2013 Annual Performance Report.
