The 2012 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) has been submitted to the Economic Development Administration of review and approval.  This follows a twelve month planning process by the CEDS Committee and NCICG staff to update the 2007 CEDS.  The plan was approved by the CEDS Committee and NCICG governing board prior to submittal to EDA.

Updating the CEDS is a requirement for the Economic Develolpment District that includes Bureau, LaSalle, Marshall, Putnam and Stark Counties.  The Economic Development District received its designation from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Economic Development Administration in February 2005.

The 2012 CEDS is available for download at the bottom of the page. Fore ease of downloading and reviewing it has been divided into two files.
